The NFC World Congress offers NFC ecosystem suppliers the opportunity to participate in the event either via a space in the exhibition hall or via sponsorship — or both.
Exhibition hall
The NFC World Congress exhibition hall is designed to allow anyone involved in the NFC ecosystem to take part at a price and level of convenience that is practical and realistic. Exhibition stands are available on a space-only basis for those wishing to make a splash, though most exhibitors will find a furnished booth in the ‘Ecosystem Pavilion’ will more than meet their needs.
The Ecosystem Pavilion is designed so that:
- Only one person is needed to man the stand and no set-up time is required.
- Each exhibitor will have their own furnished booth from which they can demonstrate their product or service (measuring a nominal 2m by 3m).
- Each booth comes with a table, three chairs, lights, power and a rear wall.
- A fully briefed member of show staff will man the Ecosystem Pavilion at all times, to provide a constant point of contact for visitors and to allow exhibiting personnel to take a break without losing leads or worrying about security.

Floor plan
As the organisers of the first dedicated tradeshow for a fast changing industry, we are keen to make sure that the options available for industry suppliers to promote themselves at the NFC World Congress are as flexible as possible.
The first draft of The NFC Show floorplan shows the overall layout of the conference and exhibition areas and has the potential locations of stand spaces marked. Companies who book early will be able to discuss their exact requirements in terms of size and location of space and, within reason, we will be happy to accommodate.
Sponsorship
There are opportunities to sponsor the event at Partner, Gold and Silver levels or to sponsor individual networking events such as the show dinner and a delegates-only drinks reception in the exhibition hall. Find out more in our sponsorship guide.
